Roper’s Ribs Wins Hoodie Award  Nominations 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2012

Thanks to St. Louis barbeque fans,  Roper’s Ribs was the only St. Louis restaurant nominated as one of the  top four National BBQ finalists of the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 10th annual Hoodie  Awards. The winners were determined by the highest number of votes  received during the online voting period. Steve Harvey, comedian/actor, hosted  the Hoodie Awards which recognized business owners and community leaders.

Roper’s Ribs catered Steve Harvey’s  finale tour in Saint Louis at the Chaifetz Arena in 2012.

Nephew Tommy

Nephew Tommy dedicated a prank phone  call to Roper’s Ribs in St. Louis with the Steve Harvey Morning Show.  

We showed up and showed out with BBQ  Ribs, BBQ Chicken Wings, and side dishes for Nephew Tommy and his Comedian  Entourage at the Funny Bone on August 26th, 2012. Nephew Tommy dedicated his  prank phone call to Roper’s Ribs on the Steve Harvey Morning  Show, Monday August, 27th. This is one of Roper’s Ribs favorite prank  phone calls, “We gonna be a minute with your refrigerator.”
